Michael Westmore made quite a career on the small screen and even won an Emmy to show for it. Westmore worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "Capricorn One" (1978), "F.I.S.T." with Sylvester Stallone (1978) and "Harlow" (1965). He also contributed to "Paradise Alley" (1978) starring Sylvester Stallone, "Rocky" (1976) starring Sylvester Stallone and "The Silent Flute" (1979) starring David Carradine. In the eighties, Westmore devoted his time to various credits, such as "The Star Chamber" with Michael Douglas (1983), "Uncommon Valor" (1983) and "2010" with Roy Scheider (1984). He also worked on "Iceman" (1984). Westmore was nominated for a Make-Up Artist BAFTA Award for "Mask" in 1985 as well as for an Outstanding Achievement In Makeup For a Miniseries or a Special Primetime Emmy Award for "The Annihilator" in 1986. Westmore won an Outstanding Achievement In Makeup Primetime Emmy Award for "Why Me?" in 1984 as well as an Outstanding Achievement In Makeup Primetime Emmy Award for "The Three Wishes of Billy Grier" in 1985.
