Kenny Washington worked on a variety of projects during his entertainment career. Washington's career beginnings included film roles in "Pinky" (1949) with Jeanne Crain and "The Jackie Robinson Story" (1950) with Jackie Robinson. Washington also appeared in "She's Gotta Have It" (1986) starring Tracy Camilla Johns, "School Daze" (1988) and "Carnegie Hall Salutes the Jazz Masters" (PBS, 1993-94). More recently, Washington appeared in "An American Celebration at Ford's Theatre" (ABC, 1998-99).
