Giorgio Tozzi was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Tozzi began his career with roles in the Rossano Brazzi adaptation "South Pacific" (1958), the Burt Reynolds action film "Shamus" (1973) and "One of Our Own" (NBC, 1974-75). He went on to act in "Captains and the Kings" (1976-77), "Amahl and the Night Visitors" (NBC, 1978-79) and "Torn Between Two Lovers" (CBS, 1978-79). He also appeared in "The Most Happy Fella" (PBS, 1979-1980). Later in his career, Tozzi worked on the comedic drama "Aria" (1988) with Theresa Russell. Tozzi passed away in May 2011 at the age of 88.
