Forever A Star
Thelma Todd lit up a screen whether she was acting in a film or one of her hilarious comedic shorts. She was a force to be reckoned with and someone whose light was snuffed out far too early. Her shorts and films are true gems to classic film lovers. Please continue to show them on a more regular basis. I do not know how anyone could not love Miss Thelma Todd. "Hot Toddy," was one of the few stars, past and present, who could pull of looking glamorous yet approachable, while carrying on her comedic mastery.
great beauty,and actress
More deserving of "bombshell" title than Jean Harlow, who looks more like a linebacker, great with Groucho, and This Is The Night
More of Thelma
It would be great if more of Thelma's comedy shorts and movies could be added to the schedule. She was without a doubt, one of the loveliest young ladies of her time and who died far too young.

Thelma Todd was a great comedic actress. She held her own with anyone on the big screen. We should see more of her movies on TCM! Please

I recently saw "The Pip from Pittsburgh" starring Charley Chase and Thelma Todd and loved it. I wish that her movie shorts that she made were shown on television. Thelma had everything going for her and was memorable in all her films. Maybe there should be festival in honor of her birthday this July on TCM. Simply a wonderful performer who should NOT be forgotten and remebered for more than the mystery surrounding her early death.
No ones likes Thelma?

No reviews for the "Hot Toddy"? Okay, I'll start! Spirited comidienne Thelma Todd started her film career in the late 1920s and ended it when she committed suicide (or was murdered) in 1936. I really don't know much about her (like you couldn't tell) but I love watching her! When it came to playing the "other woman" or a total b**ch, hardly anyone could top Thelma! She always played her roles with enormous wit and skill. Not many of her movies are avialable but the ones that are are a great joy to watch! We'll always love and remember you, Thelma!!
