Evil emanates from an ancient sarcophagus brought aboard a pleasure cruise ship peopled by a predictably stellar TV cast. Originally this was to have been called "Voyage into Evil."

Teenager Gillian Bellaver has the psychic powers of telekinese and extra-sensory perception. She also has the effect of causing others to bleed if they touch her. So Gillian volunteers to go to the Paragon Clinic, unaware of the fact that its director is working on harnessing the psychic abilities of his patients as weapons.

A World War I ex-marine turns 1930s bounty hunter and goes after Bonnie-and-Clyde style bank robbers who murdered his former girlfriend. Ken Howard later starred in the TV series (1974-75) as the Depression Era crimefighter tracking down wanted criminals for the reward money.
