One of a series of television movies depicting the exploits of police detective Frank Janek. A series of murders by lethal injection occur in New York's Grand Central Station.
A television movie sequel. Detective Frank Janek and his Internal Affairs squad clash with a special task force while investigating a grissly mass murder in which a victim is one of Janek's former partners, a once highly regarded officer now suspected of unlawful activities.

But some rogue spies are intent on defying the agreement and destroying NATO in the process. British agent John Preston begins to notice nuclear weapons components coming into the country and is suspicious, but he can''t convince his superiors, who assume he is simply displaying Cold War anti-communist paranoia. So Preston starts collecting clues to solve the mystery of who is attempting to break the Fourth Protocol.

He rounds up every nuclear missile in the world and then hurls the collection into the sun for a resounding explosion. But his Clark Kent persona has other problems as The Daily Planet has been bought by unscrupulous David Warfield (Sam Wanamaker) who is only interested in turning the newspaper into a sleazy tabloid. Lacy (Mariel Hemingway), Warfield''s sexy daughter, however, has eyes for Kent and gets Lois Lane (Margot Kidder) to fix her up with him.
A top Russian ballet dancer, who defected to the US, crash lands back in his own country. The KGB throws him in Siberia to live with an American expatriate and his Russian wife as a way of convincing him to stay in his homeland.
