In my opinion, Frank is the best singer ever and no one will ever pass him. I could spend all day listening to him. He is truly missed by all of his fans and there will never be another like him. An excellent actor and charming man, he is the best!

In the early eighties Frank introduced himself to me here in Buenos Aires: he felt curious about the young girl he was told had learned to speak English through his singing only. I still can remember the stars in his eyes. And that smile! Unforgettable. He invited me to attend each and every performance he gave here (4 at the Hotel, 2 in the Luna Park Stadium)

I will always view him as a smooth dresser, singer, actor, etc. Mr. Smooth. A hollywood classic.

Mr. Sinatra was, is, and always will be the greatest interpreter of The Great American Songbook that the world has ever seen. I first heard him sing in 1949, when I was six years old. What an incredible baritone voice...and such honesty in those marvelous songs. Of course, his phrasing and breath control is legendary. Nobody could sing a love ballad like Frank Sinatra!! He spoke to me through song like no other singer ever has--or probably ever will. Thank God Mr. Sinatra has NEVER LEFT THE BOARDROOM!!

No one will ever take his place as a singer of love songs. My favorite is "Mind if I Make Love to You". He sang this song to Grace Kelly in HIGH SOCIETY ,as if he were in love with her. He probably was.

Although Frank Sinatra was from my parents generation (I was born in 1958 about the time the Rat Pack was started and he was at the peak of his fame), I am a huge fan of his music and films. He had a style and personality that was totally unique and with his songs and films now on CD and DVD a new generation can discover what a tremendous talent "The Chairman" was. I particualrly like the films and TV music specials he did with the Rat Pack, and he proved he could play all types of roles (musical, dramatic and comedy). Thanks TCM for devoting this month to one of the greatest musical and acting talents of all time Frank Sinatra.

Frank Sinatra was a great actor (see "The Man With the Golden Arm"), a surprisingly good dancer, and very charismatic. As for his singing ability, well, what can I say? Both his voice and style were rich, unique, and completely unmistakable. I beleive he was one of the finest all-around entertainers, not just of the 20th century, but of all time.

There were singers with stronger voices and wider ranges, but no other singer had the ability communicate like Francis Albert Sinatra. And no other singer or entertainer has given me, personally, so much pleasure in my life time. I miss him.

Frank Sinatra was an incredible singer and an incredible actor! He is arguably one of the best singers in ths history of music, with a career that spanned over 4 decades and numerous hit albums and songs! I think that all who don't listen to him are missing out! When he died the music world lost an abosolute treasure!
