  Zachary Scott was top notch. No one could have done a finer job in "The Mask of Dimitrios". He was so good he kept me upset-always. That is the sign he really did his job. I have always used Z.S. performances as a measuring rod for quality performances, even though he twisted me in knots. Terrific Actor

  Zahary Scott was an irish guy from the south and you always knew he was a southern gentleman. I especially liked his Warner days. He must have been at Warners for about 7 years.Zach died at 50 in his mothers home. His life story has been published. Good actor and a good read.

  zachary scott was one of the also starring group that contained frank lovejoy, edmond obrien, wendell corey, barry sullivan, dane clark,raymond massey, david brian,dennis okeefe, richard conte,john hodiak, sterling hayden,george murphy, ricardo montalban, michael rennie, michael wilding. he deserved better.he was quite talented. he was treated badly by warners. he even had to pay for his own wardrobe in mildred pierce.

  Have to say I stayed up late to watch "the Southerner" the other night. What a treat to see Scott in this sympathetic role. PS there are a lot of excellent actors that don't have their picture up. I am not sure how it is done but I am quite sure it is not because they are too obscure.

  Hi to Zachary Scotts grandaughter. He is one of my all time favorites, loved him in this movie and also FLAMINGO ROAD!!!!!!!!!!He was just grand. All of the actors in this movie were great, one of my top ten movies of all time.

  I love his movies. He is a wonderful actor. Especially the murder mysteries that he's did. I love you Zachary Scott!
