Is Miss L.Scott still have a fan club? Loved all her movies. What happen to her career was terrible. Would be nice to see more of her movies. My hubsand and I enjoyed watching your show 9/7/2011 Thank you ps Ww love lauren Ball, but Liz Scott had her own style. She was no copy.
not a fan
To me, she was a parody of Lauren Bacall, much the same way Jayne Mansfield was a parody of Marilyn Monroe. Watching her, I'm just getting an act, not a real character.
Give me a Laugh
I would like to see TCM give Lizabeth Scott her own day. She was the queen of film noir and that voice never failed to blow me away. Singing or acting she was a gem. With that fabulous voice I would just love to hear her laugh. I bet it was fabulous.

I could turn off the video just to here Lizabeth speak, I believe; besides her stunning looks; that set her apart from the rest was first that deep voice that is so attractive and secondly; unlike many other regular film noir attresses she plays the bad girl and fit the part well. The heartless ness of "too Late for Tears" and playing the innocent victim until the end in "Dead Reckoneing" I wish she had made more films especially in the later years.

lizabeth scott- what a beautiful and greatly underrated actress.I truly enjoyed watching her. I wish she had continue to grace us with her beauty on television/movies, throughout the 80's and 90's.
Terrific in "Stolen Face"
Very underrated actress. Just saw "Stolen Face" and Lizabeth Scott was wonderful in a dual role: an American pianist, and a British convict.

Did Lizabeth Scott ever make a movie with Alan Ladd? I seem to remember seeing her in a movie with him, and am curious if I am correct. If the answer is "Yes" could you please tell me the name of said movie. If the answer is "No" then I am truly getting old. Thanks for your assistance.
I just love Lizabeth Scott movies and always have. But I rarely see them on TCM. Years ago a co-worker and I were talking about old movies and I told her about my favorite actors and movies from the 40's and 50's and she announced to me that she is Lizabeth Scott's niece!!!! This Christmas she gave me an autographed picture of this sultry queen of drama. It is beautiful and I will treasure it. I wish to see more of her movies on TCM.
