    although roy rogers was alive way before i was i enjoy his movies very much and wish that america could have more gentlmen like roy rogers ... if we did life would be so much easier

    rogers was my idol as a boy and i recall my mom took me to "the canadian national exhibition" in 1956 to see him perform with trigger and dale evans and buttermilk.i used to take his doll with me everywhere.i think he really was a terrific man as well.

    He was one of the greatest men that ever lived. Was always polite, quiet spoken and never lost his cool over anything. The world lost a fantastic person and I will never ever for get him. His acting was superb and loved to hear him sing. Trigger was the most amazing horse I have ever seen. Broke my heart when they moved the museum away. We have been there many times.
