I am so shocked that i have just learned of the passing of Harve Presnell.....such a talented man and truly nice man, i had a crush on him most of my life and when he was appearing in The Unsinkable Molly Brown in the early 90's at the Pantages Theatre in Hollywood, i waited at the stage door and when he came out, he greeted me like an old friend, when he said " HI There" i said " i have had a crush on youmy whole life" and he laughed and gave me a big bear hug., i was lucky enough to have a picture taken with him and he asked me if i was coming back the next week to see the show again. which i did, when his lovely wife showed up he was so loving and warm as he put his arm around her and said goobye. i am so sad he passed away without the bravado from the press that he deserved. His beautiful voice, his good looks and his graciousness i will never forget and i am so sorry that he is gone. i loved him.
