Steve Wariner worked on a variety of projects during his entertainment career. Wariner worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "Celebrities Offstage (06/22/90)" (The Nashville Network, 1989-1990), "The 20th Annual Country Music Association Awards" (CBS, 1986-87) and "The 21st Annual Academy of Country Music Awards" (NBC, 1985-86). He also contributed to "The 25th Annual Country Music Association Awards" (CBS, 1991-92), "The American Music Awards" (ABC, 1986-87) and "The Texas Connection" (The Nashville Network, 1989-1993). He also contributed to a variety of television specials, including "Chet Atkins: Read My Licks" (The Nashville Network, 1994-95) and "Merle Haggard: An American Story" (The Nashville Network, 1994-95). He also worked in television around this time, including a part on "The Road" (The Nashville Network, 1994-96). Wariner continued to exercise his talent in the nineties, taking on a mix of projects like "Garth Brooks: Ireland & Back" (NBC, 1997-98), "The 33rd Annual Academy of Country Music Awards" (CBS, 1997-98) and "CMA 40th: A Celebration" (CBS, 1998-99).
