Growing up with my Dad was like a holiday every day. He was a Dentist in the Empire State Building, and came up the hard way, an orphan. But he built his practice from the ground up and was known as "The Dentist to Broadway". He had so many friends in show business that he grew up with like Cary Grant, Johnny Weismuller, and one was Fess Parker. My brother and I watched Davey Crockett with Fess Parker. One day my Dad took us to the Lambs Club and we met Fess Parker there. He was a great guy and embodied all the same principles as he did on TV...quiet, soft spoken, a gentleman, just like on TV. JJJ

Fess Parker is one of my favorits among other true actors. They don't make actors like him,John Wayne and Sean Connery anymore. I'm looking for the Movie Smokey with Fess Parker, It's one of his greats among others. I love that movie, haven't seen it since I was a child, Can't find it though. Will ya be puting it on DVD at any time?

You don't see him in to many movies, now but he was one of the true American. He look the part, acted in the true way actors did in the begin of movies. I remember watching him play "Davy Crockett" and "Danial Boone", he was good. He is very private, I guess you would be, seeing how the actors are today, being in the headlines. I wondered what he is doing now? ANY UPDATE?
