Putting his musical talent to use, Alan Parker's music was featured in Hollywood productions. Parker kicked off his entertainment career with features in films like the action flick "Jaws 3-D" (1982) with Dennis Quaid, the adventure "Alexander's Treasures" (1989) with Jeff Fahey and "The Serpent of Death" (1989). His music also appeared on the television show "Dempsey and Makepeace" (1985-86). His music also appeared in the Johnny Depp dramatic adaptation "What's Eating Gilbert Grape" (1993). His music appeared on the big screen in flicks like the comedy "Up on the Roof" (1997) with Billy Carter. Parker most recently worked on "Alex Rider: Operation Stormbreaker" (2006) with Alex Pettyfer.
