d. May 18, 2003 Woodland Hills, CA.
Son of Alfred and Eugenie Sendry, he was educated at the Leipzig Conservatory and the Trinity College of Music in London. He signed with MGM in 1940 and contributed music to over 150 television shows and feature films. From 1956 to 1964, he served as a pianist and conductor for Tony Martins live shows, he also wrote music for night clubs and arranged the Broadyway musicals Peter Pan in 1954 and New Faces of 1956.
