A number of her films were left out, and TCM can find them in the 8-2007 issue of the NPG (can't find mine). It was on her birthday, but she also did a version of "The Man in the Iron Mask", and with EG Robinson in "A Woman in the Window". Also, with (I think) W.Pidgeon helping him out during WWII. Didn't see these titles, but that last one was shown recently, and I made a note, but too busy to come to this website. Will responod when I look these up. (The "Tracy" movies are great!)

RE: Joan Bennett in Topper

Actually, her sister CONSTANCE was the one in Topper. Joan was as beautiful and fun as her sister, perhaps even moreso. A risk=taker since she took that role in a new, different gothic soap opera (anyone born in the 1950's - 1970 probably remember) "DARK SHADOWS", and herself in wonderful films.

I think Joan Bennett is very talented, perhaps not the caliber of Bette Davis or Katherine Hepburn, but she truly deserves her star on Hollywood Boulevard. Especially enjoyed her with Cary Grant in Topper... too bad Mr. Grant did not want to do the sequels. She was a delight.

Joan was a true goddess in my eyes. Seeing her on screen really captured my soul...Her beauty and talent was so inspirting that because of her I enjoy films from the golden age today.
