Rork went to Hollywood with Mack Sennett and later managed the Mack Sennett Enterprises company. In his younger days, Rork sold operetta books at Wallack's theatre in New York and then became a racetrack employee, later becoming a partner in a production company that produced stock plays. He became an independent producer for First National where he produced eight films. He retired in 1927.
