    A good AND solid man! I bet that was the best Sunrise he ever saw. Marnau's vision, captured "a man and woman in love." A love challenged on all sides, except by racial discrimination. A love shared between two lucky,lucky people experiencing "this is what it is ALL about!" Marnau captured it- like a poet, like a good and solid man and presented it as never before. Such beauty.Such a Sunrise comes along once in a life time. On top of the world with the one you love. Marnau,he has made movie magic. He captured the Sunrise!

    As it has been said if one want's to know where one is going one has to know where one has been? so it seems with film. After viewing some his work it seems he among others in the industry at this time he began to be a visionary and to break new ground. To those who enjoy classic as well as modern cinema may i say that F W Murnau would be a good place to start to see the one of cinema,s pioneer directors.
