Beloved actor Patrick Mickler has appeared in various television shows throughout his Hollywood career. Early on, Mickler landed roles on various television sitcoms, including "Designing Women" (CBS, 1986-1993), "Murphy Brown" (CBS, 1988-1998) and "Wings" (1989-1997). He also appeared in various films, such as the action picture "Russkies" (1987) with Whip Hubley. He continued to work steadily in television throughout the nineties, appearing on "These Friends of Mine" (1993-94), "Life's Work" (ABC, 1996-97) and "The Practice" (ABC, 1996-2004). He also appeared in "Townies" (ABC, 1996-97). His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Blackout Effect" (NBC, 1997-98). During these years, he additionally appeared in film, receiving a role in the Tom Hanks smash hit dramatic adaptation "Apollo 13" (1995). He also was featured in the TV movie "Walking Across Egypt" (Hallmark Channel, 2001-02). He also worked in television during these years, including roles in "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" (CBS, 2000-2015) and "Burn Notice" (USA, 2006-2013). He also acted in films like the Tim Allen crime adaptation "Big Trouble" (2002) and the comedy "Larry the Cable Guy: Health Inspector" (2006) with Larry the Cable Guy. Mickler most recently appeared in "Recount" (HBO, 2007-08).
