Dean was the king of cool. I`ve always liked Dean, along with Jerry Lewis or not, I like his attitude, his singing, and his acting was good too. I have quite a few movies with him and Jerry Lewis. He makes me laugh a lot, and Jerry does too! In the old Dean Martin Roast I used too watch a lot, all of the celebrities that were there were as crazy as he was too. Of course he was probably a little tipsy but no one cared they just went along with. I missed those shows. He`from my state, now that`s cool!

i think he was one of the best actor, singer and comedian. i always love to watch him. i started when i was young and he still stays with me.i haven't been able to see alot of his movies lately . i hope that changes since i now get TCM. i have a couple old tapes of his but they are almost worn out. i loved his voice. i miss the roast and his program.

GOD BLESSED THIS ENTERTAINER WITH THE WHOLE PACKAGE. HIS SINGING ABILITY AND SMOOTH STYLE IS BEYOND DESCRIPTION. HIS SENSE OF HUMOR WAS AMAZING, WHICH WENT VERY WELL WITH HIS IMPISH GRIN AND CHARM.HE COULD ACT, SING, DANCE, AMUSE, AND CHARM EVERYONE (INCLUDING ME). IF THAT WERE'NT ENOUGH HE WAS BLESSED WITH DEVILISH GOOD LOOKS. HE WAS INTELLIGENT,AND SPOKE SEVERAL LANGUAGES. WHAT A ENTERTAINER,AND WHAT A MAN HE WAS. HE IS DEARLY MISSED. IT WILL BE A LONG TIME , IF EVER THAT ANOTHER THE LIKES OF HIM COMES ALONG.

Dean Martin could do it all, sing, act, comidan, straight man. He was so talented, he didn't know how talented he was. And the singing voice, only Elvis was up there with him. His music will never go away, it will just get bigger and bigger as time goes by. Wished I could have seen him in concert, thank god for video.

  • DEAN MARTIN is the best singer!

Dino was, and still is, the one that set the standard for cool. Not Frank, not Sammy, not even Bobby Darin(sorry Kevin Spacey, and by the way, what are you doing on Deans new CD? Aren't you suppose to be the guy who was born to play Bobby Darin? PLEASE, the "spin" stops here!).Lets put it this way. Next to the word cool in the dictionary, they should just put a picture of Dean Martin. No descrition or explanation needed, because Dino is the correct way to spell cool!!!

I have all the Dean Martin recordings, and have listened for 50 years. This is the best, "Alive and vibrant", modern beat with the same amazing talent of Dean, with humor added. Just held my first granddaughter and listend to Bhrams Lulaby. Have never heard anything like this, and was brought to tears. I practicing so I can hum and sing to my new grandaughter. Dean is gone, but thanks to this we can experience new Dean hits. Dean M was surely present and all involved should be very proud. Thanks for the "new" sounds.

It's hard to believe that this is the first review written regarding Dean Martin. He was truly an icon in every sense of the word and in all areas of popular entertainment. He was a fine singer and actor as well as a talented comedian with a great sense of timing. The one thing I enjoy most about watching Dean is the truth that comes through in all his performances. He was and always will be a class act.
