I just discovered Guy Madison and he is awesome. A tribute to him on his up coming birthday would be great. What a beautiful man he was. A great cowboy.

Guy Madison's chief attribute in the movies was his boyish good looks. He remains a heart-throb from SINCE YOU WENT AWAY and TILL THE END OF TIME. His acting needed a little more polish, and that is why some call him 'wooden' before the camera. But, just to have his face in front of a camera and his image forever on film overcomes all. He is probably the most good looking star Hollywood ever produced.

Guy Madison has never received the credit due him. He was not one to do a lot of bragging on himself but he was definitely an action star. He was good in action parts and didn't always use a stand in. I think he was the most gorgeous man in Hollywood and people who worked with him seemed to like him and thought he was friendly and a professional.

  • A good actor who didn't receive credit.

I am a fan of Guy Madison and don't understand all the comments of his "wooden acting style". I don't agree with this assessment. He was a serious person with a quiet style and did a good job in his roles. He picked roles that reflected his style and beliefs too. I don't think he received credit for the great job he did through the years. He was a great action actor who did much of his own action work instead of using extras. Give the guy credit for being who and what he was.
