John McArdle was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. He appeared in a number of television specials, including "Gallowglass" (PBS, 1995-96) and "Prime Suspect 5: Errors of Judgement" (PBS, 1996-97). He also acted in various film roles at the time, appearing in the Bernard Hill dramatic adaptation "Skallagrigg" (1994). His film career continued throughout the nineties and the early 2000s in productions like the dramatic comedy "There's Only One Jimmy Grimble" (2000) with Robert Carlyle. He also appeared in the TV special "The Cazalets" (PBS, 2001-02). His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Bambino Mio" (BBC, 2001-02). Most recently, McArdle acted in "Love Tomorrow" (2013).
