Affable leading man, in films from 1919, whose training as an airplane pilot was put to good use in the flight sequences of "Hell's Angels" (1930). Along with wife Bebe Daniels, Lyons enjoyed a second career overseas as one of England's most popular vaudeville and radio teams of the 1940s.
