  • margaret lindsay: warner brothers leading lady

margaret lindsay was a pretty, talented and elegant leading lady at warner brothers studio in the 1930's. she acted usually opposite james cagney, pat o'brien, warren william, humphrey bogart. always had a cool classy style about herself who should have went on to become a bigger star. among her best films are "lady killer", "fog over frisco", "g-men", "devil dogs of the air", "bordertown", "public enemy's wife", "slim", "garden of the moon", "broadway musketeers", "hell's kitchen" and "the house of the seven gables".

Margaret Lindsay was a very pretty and bubbly actress. The fact that she was also very sophisticated was an added plus, sorta of in the vein of Gail Patrick. I enjoy her screen presence.
