British actor and producer Terry Stone was a successful rave promoter and club personality before a bit part in a movie convinced him to pursue a career in acting. Stone, who spent nearly 10 years booking and promoting DJs and clubs throughout England, made his TV debut in 2003 with a recurring role on the long-running British soap opera "EastEnders." The following year he was cast as a hardened thug in the gritty crime flick "One Man and His Dog," and portrayed a tough detective in "Rollin' with the Nines," an indie gangster drama about a group of friends whose plans to start a rap group go tragically awry. Both films also served as Stone's entrance into the world of film production, which he has pursued alongside his acting career. In 2007 he landed a breakout role as high-profile drug dealer Tony Tucker in "Rise of the Footsoldier," based on the life of notorious British criminal Carlton Leach and his rise to power in the late '80s and early '90s.
