Penned the lyrics (to Marvin Hamlisch's score) for the landmark Broadway musical "A Chorus Line", directed and choreographed by Michael Bennett
1980:
Wrote lyrics for the Off-Broadway musical "Gallery"

Again collaborated with Michael Bennett on the musical "Scandal"; show went into rehearsals but Bennett abruptly canceled the production
