As a musician, Nik Kershaw's entertaining and creative music was in a variety of Hollywood productions. Kershaw began his entertainment career with his music featured in films like the action picture "Gotcha!" (1985) with Anthony Edwards, the comedy "Secret Admirer" (1985) with C. Thomas Howell and the Michael O'Keefe romance "The Slugger's Wife" (1985). In the eighties and the 2010s, Kershaw's music continued to appear on the silver screen, including in films like "Pretty in Pink" (1986), "Doc Hollywood" (1991) with Michael J. Fox and the dramedy "Park" (2007) with William Baldwin. His work was also in "Moon" (2009) with Sam Rockwell. Kershaw's music was most recently used in the Jake Gyllenhaal action movie "Source Code" (2011).
