Illinois Jacquet was who had a successful Hollywood career. Jacquet marked Jacquet's early career with roles in "An American Reunion: The 52nd Presidential Inaugural Gala" (CBS, 1992-93) and "Texas Tenor: The Illinois Jacquet Story" (1992). Jacquet went on to act in "A Salute to the Newport Jazz Festival" (PBS, 1993-94) and "Swingin' With the Duke: Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra With Wynton Marsalis" (PBS, 1998-99). Jacquet's music was most recently featured in the comedy adaptation "High Fidelity" (2000) with John Cusack.
