A terrorist group in the U.S. steals a chemical weapon and it''s up to Tim, a fishing buddy of the guilt-stricken scientist who made the weapon, and Arlo, an ice cream truck driver who happened to be in the wrong truck at the wrong time, to steal the weapon and transport it safely to a military base in Montana.
