  Don knotts has filled our homes for the last few decades with fun and laughter from his movies like the ghost and mr.chicken, the incredible mr.limpet, the reluctant astronaut to his other famous roles that kept us laughing for years and years probably the most memorable is deputy Barney fife from the andy griffith show on one could have pulled it off only don knotts can do such nervousness and that is very hard to do knowing there is not really nothing there to hurt you this is best displayed on the ghost and mr.chicken who could act so well but don knotts we will always remember him for his lovable movies and shows that still live on to this day RIP DON WE ALL MISS YOU SO MUCH YOU WENT BEFORE YOUR TIME

  All I can say is that he was an amazing actor and incredibly funny! We all miss him very much. :(

• Ghost and Mr Chicken Rules

  The ghost and mr chicken is one of the greatest drive-in movies ever made. It played at my local drive-in for an entire summer. It is Don Knotts' finest film performance. It is funny, scary (a little bit), and really captures small town life. This movie is ripe for rediscovery.

  He brought laughter into a laughless world, he brought sunshine where it always was needed, and above and beyond he brought himself..a true and wonderful person that we can all look up to now and forever..gone, but never, never forgotten..I will miss you Barney..God Bless..your friend Margaret
