Richard T. Throop Headrick, aka, "Master Richard", "Itchie," "The Little Minister," "Dick" May 29, 1917, Los Angeles, CA Silent Film, Movie Star, William S. Surrey Hart (1864-1946) became his godfather. Luis B. Meyer almost adopted him. November 19, 2001, Chico, CA, Buried in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Covina Hills, CA Edward Headrick, aka "Daddyeddo" (? - 1942) Hazel Headrick, (1893-1968) Edward E. Headrick, "Steady Ed," father of disc golf and the modern day Frisbee with Wham-o. 1st wife's Katerina Fortini, married (1946-1953) 2nd wife's name Mary Pauline White Headrick, aka "Pogi" (1918-2004), married (1958-2001) Frank Mario Headrick, Stephen Headrick, Thomas Mays, 7 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren Mary's daughter, Linda Halverson was already married when Richard married her mother. Age 5 in 1922 on "Uncle John" Doggete's KHJ's Radio Program "Children's Hour" in Los Angeles Wrote and self published the book, A Mighty Fortress, Air Museum Edition, By Lt. Col. Richard T. Headrick, U.S.A.F. c. 1992, 231 pp. Before he started ministering as a child preacher, we found 19 movies that he acted in, beginning at the age of 3. Hart's regeneration in both The Toll Gate (1920) and The Testing Block (1920). A swimming prodigy prior to making his screen debut at the age of three, Headrick retired from show business at the ripe old age of eight. He later became a colonel in the U.S. Air Force and a lay minister. Other Information: In our collection we have an advertisement flyer put out by Angelus Temple, telling of an On-Fire Revival June 19 to July 7, 1929, with Richard Headrick speaking July 3,4,5 at 7:30 p.m. and and Sunday, July 7 at 2:30 and 7:00 pm Richard T. Headrick (1917- 2001) This is currently the largest geodesic dome extant, a hangar for Howard Hughes' "Spruce Goose" flying boat at Long Beach, which was built in 1983 by Fuller's long-time associate Don Richter and designed by Richard Headrick. For those of you who are plane experts -you know the above flying plane is not a B17.
