Carl was born on September 11, 1950. He started in the animation business in the early 1970's as a Xeroxographer with Hanna Barbera Productions and worked his way up to a Assistant Animator. He then worked for Filmation Studios as an Assistant Animator and Animator after which he went to work for Ruby Spears as an Key Animator. in 1990 he started working for Walt Disney Studios doing several Feature length Animated Features till 2002.
