The jobless commoner Razzenstill learns he bears a strong resemblance to the oppressive and anti-swing King of Sulvania. Conspiring with other swing-lovers who have captured the swing-hating monarch, Razzenstill charades as the king in order to once again allow swing music and dancing in Sulvania.
